LSC Academic English
LSC Academic English courses alow students to study for internationally recognised qualifications:
- IELTS - IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. IELTS measures true to life ability to communicate in English, and is recognised by UK Universities for university entrance.
- Cambridge First Certificate (FCE) - this is an exam for people who can use everyday written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level. It is an ideal exam for people who want to use English for work or study purposes.
- Cambridge Advanced Exams (CAE) - this is an exam for advanced users who can use written and spoken English for most professional and social purposes.
LSC is an accredited centre for Cambridge exams, so you can take your exam at LSC!
LSC students often do very well in all of these exams:
- In December 2007 75% of LSC students passed First Certificate in English Exam
- In June 2008 83% of LSC students passed Certificate in Advanced English
